Culinary Team


Kitchen Manager

The Kitchen Manager assists the Head Chef in overseeing the production of the kitchen. They see to it that the kitchen is clean, organized and well stocked; and that the equipment is properly maintained and in good condition. Throughout the process they are training and developing the line cooks and prep team to learn and grow and eventually become Kitchen Managers.  


Responsibilities include;

• Ensuring food quality by cooking and prepping food to order, and following kitchen procedures.

• Monitoring food waste and inventory levels, and resolving food quality issues.

• Communicating with the culinary and front of house teams effectively in order to ensure great quality food and customer service.

• Ensuring the kitchen is properly cleaned and sanitized

• Monitoring kitchen equipment and ensuring it is kept in good repair; making sure malfunctioning equipment is repaired as quickly as possible.

• Ensuring that the kitchen itself and all team members meet the necessary safety and health code guidelines to ensure there are no injuries or accidents.



• Have the understanding of seafood in a casual fine dining environment. 

• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

• Have a high school diploma.

• Have at least 2 years of restaurant experience.


Line Cook/Prep

Our culinary team takes great pride in the quality of food we produce for our guests. We work as a team and are always willing to learn more.



• 2 years of restaurant experience, understanding of seafood in a casual fine dining environment a plus.

• Reliable and professional. 

• Keep a clean working area.

• Able to follow recipes.

• Able to work quickly and efficiently, and multitask.

• Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards.

• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Willingness to learn and work all stations.


Front of the House Staff



Our front of the house managers work hard to create a positive, professional and team-oriented environment. As a manager, your primary functions will include directing the employees in strategies that improve food and beverage cost and the general guest experience. We are looking for self-disiplined people who take initiative and posess strong leadership skills. You will help to maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures. Other responsibilities include assisting in recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees. 



• At least 2 years of restaurant managing experience.

• Takes initiative, shows leadership.

• Pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance.

• Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards.

• Must be able to handle the pressures of a busy restaurant and remain calm under pressure.

• Must possess great communication skills for dealing with diverse staff. 

• Nights and weekends a must.

• Restaurant kitchen experience a plus.

• Take food and drink orders accurately.

• Be prepared to explain menu items, including food content and preparation style.

• Be familiar with specials and present to guest.

• Ensure consistency in preparation and presentation of food and drink items before serving to guest.

• Follow all standard food handling, sanitation and health department guidelines.



• Ability to communicate effectively

• Minimum one (1) year experience working as a server in a faced-paced restaurant.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Ability to work with management staff and other employees in a professional manner.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

• Must have open availability.

• Understanding of seafood in a casual fine dining environment

• Must have a positive attitude.

• Have a desire to learn and grow.




Our bartenders not only love working here, but they have a true passion for what they do. They are very knowledgeable in the beer, wine and liquor field and are able to recommend a particular brand or drink to guests depending on their taste. We look for very outgoing, friendly and helpful people to stand behind our bar and interact with our guests.  


-Must be 21 years of age or over.

-Have a passion for craft cocktails and draft beers.

-Must have a strong understanding of wine varietals.

•Provides friendly and helpful service to all guests.

•Prepares all drinks following recipes.

•Opens, maintains cleanliness of, and closes restaurant/bar on a daily basis.

•Has extensive beer, wine, and liquor knowledge.

•Memorizes, recites and promotes all menu items.

•Performs all steps of service.

•Follows cash handling policies.

•Performs opening, on-going, and closing side-work duties.

•Follows and understands all company procedures and policies.

Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Understanding of seafood in a casual fine dining environment.



We are looking for friendly and outgoing people to be the first impressions our guests have when they walk in. Responsibilities include greeting guests at the door, answering phones, taking reservations, relaying information with the restaurant managers, and other miscellaneous side work. Your job is much more than standing at the front desk – you must be willing to help out all team members in any way you can.



• Must have a professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor.

• Must be flexible and have a willingness to work.

• Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

• Must have good phone manners.

• Must be able to learn quickly.

• Must have OUTSTANDING customer service skills.



We are looking for hard-working and fast-moving go getters, who have helpful attitudes and strong work ethic.

As a valued member of our support staff team, duties include, but are not limited to: busing and resetting tables quickly, keeping the restaurant clean and organized, running bus tubs to dishwasher,



Running/organizing the expo line quickly and efficiently, running food to tables and accurately describing each dish, and communicating with and assisting servers and management. Your role is crucial to the smooth flow of business.
